Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build rapport with customers to foster longterm relationships and brand loyalty.
- Educate customers about our products, services, and promotions.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- High energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
