Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in person to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.

  • Educate customers about our products, services, and promotions.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and objectives.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
