Summary:

This is an opportunity of a lifetime - for those willing to put the work in We have tons of leads that are nurturing in our system already leads opened listing alerts in the last 7 days alone HELP Call us and get business right away


Responsibilities:


  • Onboard with team (first day must have 200 sphere on spreadsheet with at least one piece of contact information.
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch training (Either New Agent Launch or Experienced Agent Launch)
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct 48 open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Practice and Certify with PLACE Listing and Buyer Presentations
  • Set goals and create a plan to reach them (PLACE GPA)

Qualifications:

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are committed to service and professionalism.

  • 1+ years' of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growthminded

  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
