We are actively looking for a highly skilled individual to become an integral part of our team at the Strategic Information Bureau as a Data Integrity Technician (Police Automated System Secretary).

Data Integrity Technicians play a pivotal role in inputting data across various levels of law enforcement databases, ensuring accuracy and upholding data integrity within the Records Management System amidst a demanding workload.

Collaborating closely with sworn personnel, tow company representatives, and other law enforcement agencies, they also prioritize timely responses to teletypes and citizen inquiries.

This role demands adept multitasking, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.

The Data Integrity Detail is a 24/7 operation. Weekend and holiday work is required, and schedules are assigned based on seniority.

Positions are currently available on the 2nd shift from 3:00 - 11:00 PM or the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.


IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • Able to perform data entry work which requires complete accuracy and strict attention to detail.
  • Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.

SALARY:


Pay Range:
$20.51 to $33.41 per hour.

Hiring Range:
$20.51 to $28.86 per hour.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Two years of general secretarial or skilled typing experience, including a thorough knowledge of proper spelling.
  • Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
  • Must be able to obtain a level A Arizona Department of Public Safety Criminal Justice Information System Terminal Operator Certification within 90 days of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:

  • Proficient background in law enforcement, criminal justice, or related domains.
  • Experience processing, maintaining, and auditing confidential documentation.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience working with Police Records Management Systems (RMS), or similar programs.
  • Familiarity and adaptability to shift work schedules.
