About the company:We are a growing company located in the heart of New York City's Garment District with a newly established 100-square-meter showroom in New York, specialized in tabletop decorations, wall decor, storage solutions, and similar product categories, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Decor Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in North America.

• In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the home decor market.

• Develop and implementing strategic sales plans to grow market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at major North American retailers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve or exceed targets.
• Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Monitormarket trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and launch of new home decor products.

• 510 years of experience in sales management within the home decor or housewares industry (or a closely related field).
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with our team.
• Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and a deep understanding of the North American retail landscape.
• Experience in negotiating and closing deals with major retailers.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• A passion for home decor and a keen eye for design trends.
