Description

As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring accurate transactions.

• Operate cash registers and receive payments from customers in the form of cash, credit, or debit cards
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area
• Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about pricing and availability
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Bag items carefully and assist with carrying out for customers when needed
• Upsell products or services to customers at the point of sale
• Handle exchanges and returns in a professional manner

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation
• Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus
• Experience in the food industry or food service is advantageous
• Ability to sanitate work areas regularly
• Skills in bussing tables or assisting with cleanliness in dining areas is beneficial
