The role
This role is responsible for bringing the 'Supa" element to grow and nurture our key customers ensuring they have everything they need to remain loyal engaged customers that are Supacolor fanatics.

Key Responsibilities
Proactive Account Management
Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
Being 'Supa' awesome for our customers and delighting them every time
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Negotiating pricing and close agreements to maximize profits
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Communications
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Effective and relevant communications to all stakeholders, including progress r
Relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Teamwork
Collaborate with Sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Contribute to wider team in a positive and collaborate manner
Contribute positively to the Supacolor culture, demonstrating our values
Reporting and analysis
Ensure all data is entered into HubSpot as per company guidelines
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Forecast and track account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Health and Safety
Commitment to employee safety by observing and promoting safe work practices, proactive in hazard management and ensuring all safety policies and procedures are being followed
Demonstrating operational excellence in all aspects of your role & in Supacolor competencies
Performing other work-related duties as required
Your background, knowledge and skills
Strong Sales background
5+ years Enterprise Account management
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field or proven experience in key account management preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Excellent commercial acumen
Alignment to the Supacolor values and demonstration of Supacolor competencies
Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback + learn and grow
