Job Description:

Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities throughout the Charlotte area.

In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

As an apprentice, you will spend the majority of your time working closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and our customers and developing the skills needed to work on your own.
