Customer Service Representative - Avilla, United States - DXP Enterprises
Description
Responsibilities ofCustomer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Assist in the warehouse as needed
Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Rotating equipment knowledge required
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- Data entry skills, organization, multitasking and customer focus is required
- Regular inperson attendance required
Additional Information:
Physical Demand:
Lift up to 50lbs while assisting in the warehouse as needed
