Description

Ashe Society's Inventory Lead will play a key role in managing the Inventory team and support groups working within the Inventory department.

They will be responsible for developing Inventory strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce variances.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage inventory control processes and procedures
  • Manage all inventory task related to receiving, stocking, distribution, and reporting
  • Receive incoming product upon delivery
  • Create and implement SOPs specific to inventory intake, auditing, and control
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
  • Manage relationships with vendors
  • Utilize METRC to track and monitor inventory movements
  • Manage all product movement such as intake, back stocking, recalls, etc. follows all state regulations as well as Ashes Society's policies and procedures
  • Tracking inventory discrepancies within reporting, recalls, etc.
  • Perform quality checks and audits on stored inventory, discarding inventory that does not meet ASHE Society's standards
  • Reporting all potential indications of loss, diversion or theft as soon as noticed
  • Record and report overall facility waste per BCC regulations and Company Procedure
  • Lead regular physical inventory counts
  • Manage labeling product descriptions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment Daily restocking of sales floor in order to maximize sales
  • Assist with sales floor organization to increase efficiency
  • Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace in all areas of the store
  • Answer all customer questions and provide information on cannabis products
  • Train and supervise inventory team members

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid identification to work in the US
  • 3+ years' experience in related or similar field
  • Proven experience in inventory management or related field
  • Strong experience using METRC
  • Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient at multi
- tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive team player who works well with others
  • Reliable transportation
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry (preferred)
