- Become an expert on Union Beer's product portfolio
- Establish strong relationships with assigned customers and uphold the company's reputation
- Ensure proper product rotation and adherence to code policies
- Effectively merchandise accounts with various POS materials
- Execute promotions in accounts as necessary
- Create and set up attractive displays in accounts
- Meet monthly business activity goals
- Maintain a consistent schedule of appointments with accounts in the designated area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Preferably a degree or equivalent work experience
- Positive team player with a strong drive for success and growth
- Intermediate proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Suite, and a willingness to learn new tools
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to acquire a solicitors permit
- Familiarity with Suffolk and Nassau County, or residency in the territory (highly preferred)
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Capability and willingness to work autonomously

Union Beer Distributors is currently seeking a Beer Sales Representative to promote and expand our diverse portfolio in the dynamic market of Long Island. You will be tasked with showcasing premium craft, import, and domestic beers to a designated customer base in the region, as well as participating in sales calls and supporting various company initiatives. This role will provide you with the opportunity to gain the skills, expertise, and experience needed to advance to a Sales Representative position.
Annual compensation range, inclusive of bonuses: $55,000 - $60,700.
