Great Hybrid Opportunity with exposure to executive team and Board of Directors. Broad role that spans financial analysis and modeling, audit and corporate finance.

Join recently established and growing team supporting 10+ Board of Directors ("BOD") responsible

for the oversight and governance of a national system of senior living communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and maintain financial reports (KPI's) for all properties as well as the organization. Reports include but are not limited to profit and loss, capital expenditure, among others.
Analyze results through trend analysis, market comparable analysis, etc. Provide and communicate meaningful interpretation of data through graphs, charts, and crosswalks/ gap analysis.
Participate in budgeting for the organization's annual operating budget as well as provide support for community operating budgets.
Participate in budgeting for projects.
Compare anticipated results with the actual results and also identifying improvement areas.
Create and maintain forecasts and models for enterprise capital budgeting forecasts and financing/investment opportunities of strategic initiatives in line with the organization's strategic plans. Provide meaningful interpretation of 5 year and up to 30 year forecasted results.
Research and recommend key benchmark metrics as they pertain to the CCRC, real estate asset management, and financial lending industries.
Work with auditing firms to provide requested information.
Provide support for both public and private financing exercises for the properties.
Coordinate with Board Members and the Finance Director for long-term planning of the

company's finances

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in a senior relevant role, preferably as Senior Financial Analyst
Experience of working with financial as well as statistical software
Experience of working with MS Excel for advanced purposes
Sound knowledge of financial databases and database management software
Sound knowledge of presentation software
Ability to explain financial data by using comprehensive charts and reports
Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership skills
Confidentiality to handle company's sensitive financial information
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for details
Ability to take quick decisions while working independently
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in financial role. Additional experience may offset educational

requirements above.
