Duties * Oversees a dynamic process for planning and managing the entire force structure of ACIC and all subordinate elements, to include oversight of two Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA)authorization documents.

* Serves as ACIC primary Agreements Manager evaluating and advising the organization relating to policies and procedures relating to INSCOM policy on the processing of all agreements internal and external to the command.

* Serves as ACIC Reserve Affairs primary lead for the unit annual Reserve Component Requirements.

Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

* Two year trial/probationary period may be required.

* In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).

* All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.

* Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel may be required 35% or less of the time.
