Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, including material deliveries, subcontractor assignments, and customer appointments.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, and progress reports.
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
