The Agency:

A well-known design agency in Mainz with over 75 employees. The agency specializes in holistic communication solutions with a focus on corporate publishing. Their clients include well-known DAX companies, as well as interesting hidden champions.

The Position:


The commercial employee is an important sparring partner for the creative department when it comes to the commercial aspects of planning high-quality design projects.

This position is available full-time or part-time (80%).


The following tasks are involved:

  • Managing inquiries and coordinating costs with agency clients
  • Planning and creating calculations and proposals in coordination with the creative department and production
  • Monitoring ongoing projects and evaluating them after completion
  • Personnel resource planning and coordination
  • Internal controlling, budget planning and negotiation
  • Preparation and creation of invoices

Qualifications:

You are a commercial all-rounder with a good sense for numbers and people alike.


You bring the following skills:

  • Successfully completed commercial training / training in advertising/marketing
  • First professional experience in project management (ideally in an advertising agency / service industry)
  • Enjoyment of resource and process planning / optimization
  • Communicative and structured organizational talent
  • High affinity for numbers and analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and ideally some experience with common agency software programs
  • Strong team player
