The Executive Department is a staff department within Salzgitter AG (Holding) and reports directly to the Board of Management for Human Resources. To strengthen our team in Employer Branding/ Personnel Marketing, we are looking for a working student in Personnel Marketing (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • You actively support the team in planning and implementing personnel marketing activities.
  • You design new advertising materials according to our corporate design and take care of their distribution as part of our university marketing.
  • You actively participate in career fairs and take care of pre and postevent preparations.
  • You create and maintain creative content and editorial contributions for our social media activities, especially our career blog.
  • You create statistics and evaluations using Excel and derive recommendations for personnel marketing from them.
  • You create PowerPoint presentations and training materials on personnel management topics (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, recruiting trends, new recruiting channels).
  • You handle applicant correspondence, publish and maintain job postings on our website and online job portals.
  • You support the design and maintenance of the erecruiting software SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Through independent research on current recruiting topics, trends, and innovations, as well as your own ideas, you help us stay uptodate and constantly evolve.
