QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School or equivalency preferred
  • Ability to read and understand signs and labels written in English
  • 3 5 years of experience or more working in janitorial experience
  • Ability to be flexible and able to perform more than one task at a time
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Must be able to operate tools and equipment used in janitorial work
  • Must have knowledge of proper use and care of mechanical cleaning equipment
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for sanitizing bathroom and replacement of bathroom supplies
  • Daily dusting, sanitizing walls, door knobs, ledges
  • Dust, mop floors, sweep and mop staircases
  • Responsible for trash disposal and medical waste
  • Shovel snow or removal of snow with snow blower
  • Must be able to move furniture i.e. tables, chairs, file cabinets, 1015lbs for set up events
  • Operate motorized equipment (General 2000 High Speed Floor machine, Vario cylindrical floor machine for grout, Motor scrubber, Flat Mop finish applicator system, Hot Water Carpet Extractor, Power washer, Snow blower)
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay:
$ $20.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
