Essential Functions

  • Conducting quality reviews on all requests and cases that have been submitted for final review, prior to submission to the government, ensuring adherence with established deadlines and accuracy of reporting for all contractor work performed
  • Serving as the point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
  • Providing metrics and feedback which aligns staff performance to the ASPA FOIA objectives
  • Producing timely tasking and review of documents
  • Providing a monthly technical report to include but limited to; a list of activities and accomplishments of the month, listing work productions in progress, and highlighting activities planned to begin the following month
  • Participating and supporting weekly/biweekly meetings, creating various documents to present to executivelevel leadership in support of the project's mission
  • Analyzing and reviewing policies and procedures to benefit the mission and ensuring bestpractices are achieved and addressing discrepancies and areas of concern
  • Providing the personnel with leadership, direction, and support to advance project goals as well as individuals' professional goals
  • Training personnel on projectspecific items to ensure each member has the knowledge they need for success on the project
  • Providing daytoday oversight of the team to include, but not limited to; team scheduling & timekeeping, work distribution, and deliverable reviews and submissions
  • Addressing, resolving, and mentoring staff concerns and escalating as required by Savvee's policies
  • Providing staff with timely, constructive feedback on their performance and work with them to set goals for their professional growth and development
  • Assisting in 90day and annual reviews of staff
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
