    Skilled HVAC Technician at Cranbrook Educational Community

    Are you a skilled professional in Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning systems? Cranbrook Educational Community is looking for a reliable HVAC Technician to join their team in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

    The Skilled HVAC Technician role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of HVAC and plumbing systems across the Cranbrook campus.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Maintaining boilers and related equipment
    • Preparing boilers for inspections
    • Handling plumbing for heating and cooling systems
    • Maintaining ventilation and air conditioning systems
    • Repairing irrigation systems
    • Conducting safety checks and maintenance
    • Monitoring inventory records
    • Following asbestos abatement procedures
    • Installing and maintaining temperature control systems
    • Carrying out other assigned duties
    Requirements:
    • Valid Michigan driver's license
    • Minimum Two years' experience in mechanical or plumbing field
    • Ability to obtain necessary certifications
    • Michigan Mechanical Contractors License preferred

    Open positions:

    • Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm
    • Monday – Friday, 11am – 7:30 pm

    These are full-time roles offering a competitive pay rate of $27.51 per hour.
