  • Maintain superior technical knowledge and skills through continuous professional development by studying and reviewing online repair manuals, schematics, and technical files
  • Use hand scanners to receive, diagnose, pick spare parts, repair, and complete the repair of ** tools
  • Conduct final functional and safety testing after every repair to ensure customer safety
  • Through continuous inventory, accurate picking of spare parts, and identifying and increasing inadequate safety stock levels, assist in maintaining adequate parts inventory and ensuring bestinclass repair service to ** customers
  • Assist Senior Repair Technician in maintaining rapport and communication through daily contact with customers and/or sales personnel
  • Travel to participate in Tool Repair Workbench Summits to assist with benchmarking repairs, reducing cost of goods sold, and standardizing repairs throughout the repair network
  • Provide data and information to
    quality and product managers that are used to identify potential improvements to the overall quality and safety of tools
  • Maintain work areas, tools, and assigned equipment in a proper, organized order thus enabling the incumbent to perform the job in a timely, safe, and efficient manner
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and rules
  • Follow and abide to the company's culture, values, and principles
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience in mechanical or electrical repairs

  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
  • Repair: 1 year (required)
  • Diagnose: 1 year (required)

  • Troubleshoot: 1 year (required)
  • Electrical: 1 year (required)
  • Mechanical: 1 year (required)
  • Electromechanical: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Middletown, PA preferred)
