HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leadership - Serving as a member of Plant Management Leadership Team, holding the department accountable for adherence to plant direction and establishing and ensuring achievement of all unit Key Performance Indicators. As a meticulous manager and high achiever, you will ensure adherence to and continuous improvement for all area Management Control & Reporting Systems (MCRS) elements with the training and building capabilities of all team members.

Engaging in Business Planning - Participating in the business planning and budgeting process by developing short and long-term cost containment and reduction strategies. You'll oversee the execution of projects within assigned area by monitoring project plans and status to ensure successful completion. Ensuring raw materials are converted into finished goods for assigned area/shift

Focus on Continuous Improvement and Development - Deploying and sustaining Lean Training to help staff meet the demands and challenges of our thriving business. With your help, the plant will comply with all employee safety, food safety, sanitation policies and regulations. As you manage and develop a team, you'll demonstrate your dedication to making our company and its people even more effective. Are you intrigued yet?

  • Demonstrated operations and managerial experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Strong problem solving, negotiating, and decisionmaking skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations.

  • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • High School Diploma/GED required, along with 3+ years manufacturing Leadership experience.
