Responsibilities:

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the team of currently 5 field sales employees
  • Coordination of sales activities in the global market, mainly in Europe
  • Expansion of the joint sales concept with the French partner company
  • Negotiation of conditions during annual discussions with major customers
  • Conducting customer visits internationally

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial education and/or degree
  • Several years of sales experience in the field of technical products, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering, sensors or control technology
  • Experience in team management
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
