Director of Undergraduate Admissions

The Admissions Office seeks a dynamic and industrious Admissions Counselor/Assistant Director of Admissions to work as a member of the Admissions staff to recruit prospective students for Manhattan College's undergraduate programs.

Responsibilities include managing assigned travel territories (primarily in the Tri-State region) through extensive travel for approximately 12 weeks in the fall and 8 weeks in the spring by visiting high schools and community organizations, and attending college fairs.

Flexibility, willingness to travel, and to work evenings and weekends are a must.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing and public speaking skills.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with high school influencers, community organizations and prospective students in a competitive environment.
Enthusiastic personality, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel daily and to work weekends and evenings as necessary
SLATE and Banner experience a plus.

Education Required/Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.

Range 61K - 65K depending on experience
