For our office in Frankfurt, we are looking for Business Lawyers (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the Compliance & Investigations department, with or without professional experience. Gleiss Lutz is one of the leading law firms in advising national and international companies in the context of compliance crises. Our consulting practice covers the entire spectrum of Compliance & Investigations, including advice on internal investigations and investigations by German and foreign authorities, criminal defense of companies, and civil representation for the defense or enforcement of liability claims in this context (including liability of executives and directors). We also support our clients in matters of preventive compliance, such as the establishment, implementation, and further development of global compliance management systems. We understand Compliance & Investigations as a multidisciplinary topic, which we cover comprehensively with one of the largest teams in the market.

In your future role, you will focus on the following areas:

Advice on general compliance issues, including examination and evaluation of economic legal matters for criminal relevance
Conducting compliance risk analyses
Drafting compliance policies, processes, and trainings
Conducting business partner screenings
Preparation and execution of document
