Growing Property Management Company is currently seeking a full time, skilled Maintenance Technician for commercial buildings located around Lakewood Industrial Park with at least 3+ years' experience.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions to maintain and enhance the value of the buildings while providing top notch service to our tenants.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Perform repairs and work orders for commercial tenants.
• Assist with weather related problems, leaks, snow removal, etc.
• Accompany and interact with vendors for services, including but not limited to electric, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Maintain courteous and helpful demeanor with tenants, coworkers, vendors, etc.
• Minimum requirements 3 years' experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs, or handy man job setting.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to work during inclement weather.
• Must be comfortable working on roofs.

Should have the following knowledge and ability to perform the following:

• Plumbing repairs
• Painting
• Address and repair ceiling leaks
• Framing

Repair/replace:

• Toilet
• Sinks
• Locks
• Doors
• Sheetrock
• Interior and Exterior lighting

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
