Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Camp Leader to join our team.

As a Camp Leader, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children while ensuring their safety and well-being.

This is a paid position, and we offer opportunities for career growth and development.


Responsibilities:

• Implement ageappropriate activities and programs for children attending the camp.
• Supervise and monitor children during camp activities to ensure their safety.
• Provide guidance, support, and positive reinforcement to camp participants.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation.
• Following the curriculum and daily lesson plan, guide and demonstrate cooking class. (You don't need to be a chef, but if your passionate about cooking this will be perfect for you).
• Collaborate with other camp staff to ensure smooth operation of the camp.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding camp activities, child's progress, and any concerns or issues that may arise.

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a professional setting such as childhood development, daycare, babysitting, tutoring, or classroom management is preferred.
• Ability to engage children in educational and recreational activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and other staff members.
• Ability to manage groups of children while maintaining a safe and positive environment.
