At Liberty, UT, we are seeking talented individuals (M/F/d) to join our customer support team for a leading hotel booking portal.
While previous experience in hospitality is beneficial, it is not required.Your responsibilities in this customer service role:
- Assist customers with booking accommodations
- Guide customers through the website
- Communicate with hotels (e.g. in case of delayed arrival)
- Manage feedback and guest comments
- Identify suitable hotels for customers
- Ensure and continuously improve the high quality and service standards of our company
Your qualifications for this customer support position:
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Fluent in Dutch, French, or Danish
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth
- Familiarity with basic information technology principles
- Professional yet personable demeanor
