What does this job entail?

  • Independent processing of insurance cases
  • Handling of damage and benefit cases
  • Checking and settling repair invoices
  • Creating credit notes, cancellation documents, and invoices
  • Applying for and reviewing compensation from insurance benefits
  • Receiving and processing written and telephone complaints
