Responsibilities:

  • Handling interesting projects in the field of supply engineering
  • Creating planning specifications
  • Reviewing approval and execution plans
  • Checking performance specifications from external planning offices
  • Conceptualizing, designing, and calculating technical systems using planning software
  • Coordinating interfaces with internal and external planning participants
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and contacts during construction projects
  • Responsible for the economic, timely, and qualitative success of projects
  • Preparing and participating in technical negotiations and documenting them

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in supply engineering, technician or equivalent qualification
  • Interdisciplinary understanding of complex technical relationships
  • Several years of experience in planning and operating technical systems in building technology (HVAC) and their interfaces
  • Analytical and abstract thinking skills, as well as project management experience
  • Precise presentation skills and negotiation skills
  • Independent work style, organizational skills, and teamwork
  • Proficient in planning software (AutoCAD, Plancal nova, AVA)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
