- Perform daily in vivo activities including animal care, dosing, blood collection, and tissue processing.
- Assist in study completion tasks such as specimen collection and preparing samples for further analysis.
- Support vivarium operations by managing study schedules and animal facilities.
- Maintain accurate experimental records using specialized software and electronic systems.
- Communicate findings and data effectively in team meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant industry or academic experience.
- Proficiency in administering injections to laboratory animals.
- Knowledge of animal necropsy procedures and tissue sampling.
- Experience with imaging technologies like IVIS is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ex vivo experimental techniques.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Skills in electronic record-keeping and data analysis tools.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
