Description

Cypress Ace Hardware and Feed is seeking a knowledgeable and driven assistant manager who can maximize customer satisfaction, drive sales, and provide product knowledge.

Must be able to lead by example to accomplish store goals and maintain service standards. This is a full time position with key carrying responsibilities.

High school diploma, some college preferred. Minimum 1 year retail management experience preferred, but not required.

Must possess knowledge of hardware related products along with willingness to learn.

Must have excellent customer service skills, problem solving and organization skills, and ability to multi task and handle high stress situations.

Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Animal health associates must be able to bend, stoop and lift items over 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be flexible, willing to work weekends, and willing to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
