We have an opening on our team for an Office Tech


Responsibilities include:

  • Answers telephone, determines the nature of the call and directs the caller to appropriate individual or department
  • Receives requests from within the facility and locates personnel through the paging system
  • Greets visitors, directs to appropriate office and/or resident room
  • Coordinates transportation for resident appointments
  • Gives directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
  • Ability to handle a variety of assignments, some of moderate complexity, requiring considerable familiarity with the operating details of the facility
