Your Role:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, and briefs and multiple various correspondence
• Represent clients in negotiations, depositions,,, and court proceedings
• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of issues regarding CA Workers Compensation laws
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies
• Stay uptodate with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' interests
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Proficient in conducting legal research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
• Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts
• Proven ability to negotiate and litigate on behalf of clients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
