Job Summary:

Duties:

• Pull sample orders / cut samples / ship samples, orders
• Produce shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
• Inspect, package orders (Roll, bag, box check packing slip to order), attention to detail
• Data Entry (typing fluency)
• Knowledge of Google Docs / Sheets or similar programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Answer and direct telephone calls and other duties as assigned by management
• Interior Design interest, a plus

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
• Previous experience as an office assistant or in related field
• Ability to work well under limited supervision in a fastpaced environment
• Must be able to stand for an extended period with ability to lift at least 40 pounds
• Experience with data entry and and have a high school diploma
