Position Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.Drag Edit DeleteProvides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists withperformance evaluations and disciplinary actions.Drag Edit DeleteAssesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.Drag Edit DeletePerforms staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.Drag Edit DeleteLeads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.Drag Edit DeleteIdentifies and implements systems to streamline and gain efficiencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
