    • Position Summary:
      As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will assess patients with breathing conditions, conduct diagnostic tests, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, administer treatments, and educate patients on medication usage.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Measure lung capacity and analyze blood samples
    • Deliver and assess therapy responses
    • Evaluate and update respiratory care policies
    • Respond to emergencies and provide treatments
    • Provide patient and family education and support
    • Maintain respiratory care supplies and equipment
    • Clean and maintain equipment
    • Perform critical procedures in various settings

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: Associate's degree from CoARC approved respiratory care school
    • Skills: Critical thinking, judgment, ability to work independently
    • Certifications: BLS-HCP, PALS, NRP, RRT
    • Licenses: Respiratory Therapist in State of Michigan
    • Experience: 1 year related experience preferred
