Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team.

As a International Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the industry.

Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regulatory strategies.


Duties:


  • Preferably a local licensed teacher knowledgeable in the J1 program (Has a strong understanding of J1 visa regulations and Department of State guidelines.)
  • Has experience in international education, cultural exchange programs, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crosscultural skills.
  • Responsible for liaising with the Host Schools and Visa Sponsoring Organization
  • Coordinate all aspects of the J1 exchange program, including participant recruitment, seminars, orientations, and conducting various phases of interviews and document evaluations
  • Responsible for facilitating cultural exchange programs and managing relationships with international partners & sponsors.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable regulations, guidelines, and standards
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Review and approve labeling, advertising, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all regulatory activities

Experience:


  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the industry
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Experience negotiating with regulatory authorities
  • Proficient in legal drafting and writing skills
  • Excellent public relations skills, including press releases and media relations
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Budgeting experience is a plus

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
