What to expect

  • As an architect, you will support project management in the execution of sustainable projects.
  • Your tasks will include working on and shaping integral, sustainable design, approval, and execution plans, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • The role of the BIM manager mainly includes project-related BIM management, support, communication and knowledge management, quality control and documentation, as well as development tasks (in close coordination with Plandata BIM Solutions).
  • You will work with all departments (structural engineering, building services, electrical engineering, construction supervision).
  • You will support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the aim of creating a sustainable building.

    • What you bring

  • You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or a comparable education.
  • Your career path includes several years of professional experience with all phases of project execution for medium to large projects.
  • You are familiar with relevant approval and planning regulations, laws, regulations, and standards.
  • You have experience with BIM processes and technologies.
  • You are passionate about integral planning and curious about software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Solibri Model Checker.
