We are looking for

Deputy
Operations Manager (m/f/d)

You will support the operations manager in developing and strengthening the production capabilities of THE GREEN ANGEL in line with the company's strategy. You will also be responsible for the economic, efficient, and timely management of production orders while maintaining high quality standards.

Your responsibilities

Overall management of all facilities and equipment at the Nuremberg processing center
Overall personnel management in all facilities, including internal transport logistics and weighing stations
Optimization of technical and other facilities that ensure smooth operations
Monitoring of material flows in all facilities
Implementation of requirements from the Waste Management Facility Ordinance and DIN ISO, as well as DIN ISO 50001
Ensuring compliance with approved operating procedures
Responsible for maintaining and implementing safety regulations
Responsible for adhering to and implementing work instructions
Personnel cost responsibility and overall personnel planning for individual operational areas
