Respond to and resolve customer service requests for external customers, departmental staff, and other personnel always.Accept, modify, or reject new application submissions as well as policy changes, review premium audits, and prepare policy renewals.
Support agents in the field with education for agents and client/members and presentations when needed for information gathering and closing presentations.
College degree or equivalent is required plus at least seven years' relevant work experience required.Computer/keyboard skills as appropriate to this position.
Knowledge of all Farm Bureau inquiry systems, automated rating systems, underwriting manuals, valuation software for buildings and vehicles, and industry specific websites to support underwriting activities.
A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required due to travel.Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
