Your new team:

As a PHP developer (m/f/d) at auxmoney, you will become part of one of our cross-functional teams that work according to the principles of Scrum or Kanban. Each team operates independently and focuses on a specific topic such as our application process, integration of partner interfaces, credit acceptance process, or the flow of funds from investors and borrowers. In the teams, you will find a variety of roles, including backend and frontend developers, software testers, and product owners.

Although each team operates autonomously, we still place great importance on professional exchange between teams and actively promote it. Our developers work in pairs or as mobs to ensure knowledge transfer. We develop our logic in independent domain services that can be quickly and easily deployed in Kubernetes clusters using our own developed CI/CD structures. Supported by our DevOps team, the teams can manage the entire software lifecycle from build, deploy, and run.

Continuous development of our employees is particularly important to us. Therefore, we offer, among other things, an OpenSpace day every 4 weeks, where our team members can explore new things independently of their current tasks.
