    Horizontal Talent is seeking an experienced and collaborative Associate Media Director to join our client's inclusive and thriving team. This full-time, hybrid-working role is based in Chicago and has an excellent salary and benefits package.


    As a Associate Media Director, you will oversee the day-to-day management of tactical media plans and their proper implementation. You will also provide media leadership on clients' businesses, establishing excellent client relationships as the main point-of-contact across the portfolio.


    In your first few weeks in this Associate Media Director role, you can expect to:

    • Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable and detail-oriented
    • Deliver high-quality media plans for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how offline and online channels can achieve objectives and goals
    • Manage and supervise a team in day-to-day media management serving as a mentor/resource for the team

    To apply for this Associate Media Director role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

    • Excellent team communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to gain trust and confidence from peers and clients
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Background in planning tools Nielsen, MRI/Simmons, Kantar and ComScore
    • Experience of ad management platforms Google Campaign Manager, DSPs, etc
    • Ability to think in an integrated fashion across online and offline media tactics to ensure excellent ROAS outcomes.
