Your responsibilities in the nursing home

  • Ensuring high quality care for residents
  • Active promotion of quality management
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating work processes
  • Communication with residents, family members, and colleagues
  • Supporting the management team in the area of quality management
  • Reviewing the quality of care and nursing documentation
  • Expanding and conducting a quality circle for the facility according to the PDCA cycle
  • Conducting internal training for facility staff
  • Assisting in preparing the facility for inspections by the MDK and regulatory authorities, as well as internal audits

Your profile as Quality Officer (m/w/d)

  • Completed degree in nursing management, as well
