    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and accurately inputting customer information into our database, as well as providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.

    $ $26.00 hourly

    Key Responsibilities
    • Accurately input customer information into the database
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
    • Assist customers with account setup and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven data entry and customer service experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
