Job Summary:


As a Project Manager, Creative you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the workflow and operations of the Marketing and Creative Departments.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging technology and innovation to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure timely delivery of creative projects.


Responsibilities:

Project Management Software Management:


  • Build out and manage the ClickUp Project Management Software solution tailored to the needs of the Marketing and Creative Departments.
  • Transition from Planview to ClickUp seamlessly, ensuring mínimal disruption to ongoing projects and efficient adoption by team members.

Digital Asset Management Implementation:

  • Successfully implement a Digital Asset Management Solution using SharePoint to facilitate easy access to assets for cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure proper organization, tagging, and version control of digital assets to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

AI Innovation Integration:


  • Research and explore how AI innovation can be integrated into our workflow to automate repetitive tasks, optimize resource allocation, and enhance creative output.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI technologies can add value and drive efficiency.

Status Meetings and Milestone Tracking:

  • Lead status meetings to track project milestones, gather updates from project stakeholders, and identify potential issues.
  • Produce timelines and prioritize deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Process Improvement:


  • Review existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce bottlenecks, and increase overall efficiency.

Financial Tracking and Schedule Development:

  • Track Creative department finances, including budget allocation and expenditure.
  • Develop schedules and timelines for creative projects, taking into account resource availability and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as ClickUp and Planview.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems, preferably SharePoint.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial tracking and budget management is a plus.
