Responsibilities:


  • Perform various warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise or materials.
  • Accurately and efficiently process orders using handheld scanners or other warehouse management systems.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of debris.
  • Assist in inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and reporting inventory levels to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and quality standards.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, or evenings as needed.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
