Woodville is currently seeking a Facility Manager with a focus on electrical systems (m/f/d) to join our team.

TIP Trailer Services, headquartered in Amsterdam, is a leading provider in the transport and logistics industry in Europe and Canada.

We specialize in renting manufacturer-independent commercial vehicles for transport and logistics companies.

With 130 workshops, including 26 in Germany and others in 18 countries, we maintain and repair trailers and commercial vehicles with the help of 3,000 colleagues, and offer other industry-related services.

We are looking for a Facility Manager with a focus on electrical systems (m/f/d) to support our continued growth. The position is located in 85622 Feldkirchen near Munich.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building systems
  • Conducting minor repairs and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintaining records of faults, tests, maintenance, and inspections
  • Documenting technical information
  • Coordinating with external contractors for maintenance and repairs
  • Working on-site in the office and workshop buildings

Your profile should include:

  • Completed vocational training in electrical, plumbing, heating, gas, water, or ventilation, or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role, with cross-trade expertise
  • Strong customer service orientation and flexibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
