Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Analyst for a direct hire, full time position located in Memphis, TN. You must be able to work onsite up to 2 to 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Designs and implements processes and solutions associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis to enable informed business decisions.

Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources.

Uses current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via an increasing understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.

Typically uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or Finance.

Two (2) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.

Proficient in analytics software and applications. Good interpersonal skills. Good written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Analytics, Microsoft SQL and analytical tools (Microsoft Power BI, Azure)
Developing BI application such as dashboards, reports
Writing complex DAX formulas for advanced Data Reporting

Compensation:

Annual salary range from $70K to $80K plus potential bonus; benefits package will be shared through the interview process.
