- Assist with onboarding of new hires.
- Complete administrative processing of new hires as assigned.
- Monitor Human Resources emails and direct to appropriate contact.
- Assist with personnel files and other document maintenance.
- Assist with materials preparation and processes related to benefits, safety, and talent acquisition
- Current enrollment in a higher education institution, preferably pursuing a degree in business, healthcare, or human resources related majors.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to quickly learn and use software programs as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- This position is subject to COVID-19 safety requirements. Specific requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
