SHAZAM is looking for a Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for the identification and utilization of cutting edge technologies to drive business value to our customers.

    Don't miss this opportunity to make your mark within a dynamic team of professionals By the end of your first year with us – you'll have had the opportunity to gain an understanding of SHAZAM's technical environment and will be providing technical leadership in the ongoing identification of technical solutions to fulfill business objectives across the enterprise.


    What you'll do:


    Host and lead regular technical conversations with our clients and vendors to provide support, proactive guidance, and advice to customers for integrating SHAZAM's products and services into their company.

    Initiate, lead and track many of SHAZAM's integration based efforts to ensure successful implementation.

    Listen to and understand our customer's experience, products and services to build a tailored solution to their integration needs.


    Coordinate internal conversations with internal sales, product, business development and IT teams to articulate new integrations and changes to existing systems.


    What skills you need:
    Strong technical background and attention to detail.

    ·

    Excellent communication skills and relationship building to effectively work with all levels within the organization and with outside resources.

    Troubleshoot deep technical problems in software and advise both internal and external stakeholders of a solution.

    Ability to understand and apply SHAZAM's broad product offering to a customer integration request.

    Ability to serve as the final escalation point for conflict resolution in all integration based efforts

    Annual salary starting at $100,000 to $131,000

    *Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, and skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
