    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of experienced cybersecurity professionals
    • Develop performance measurements framework
    • Participate in SLA development and compliance management
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive training program
    • Resolve complex daily issues impacting the team
    • Promote high employee morale and performance
    • Obtain necessary resources for team support
    • Assist in the technical development of team leaders
    • Support performance metrics development
    • Assist in process and procedure documentation

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of experience (or equivalent)
    • Active Secret security clearance
    • Relevant certifications (Agile, ITIL, etc.)
    • Experience in implementing security programs
    • Expertise in CSIRT, security tools management, and compliance
    • Familiarity with working with CISOs and security audits
    • Experience in team management and engaging with senior-level leadership

    Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000 per year. This range is indicative based on experience and qualifications.
